During my recent stay at Grids Tokyo Ueno Hotel&Hostel, I was impressed with the convenient location near Ueno station. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the facilities were new and clean. I appreciated the air purifier in each room. The staff was friendly and even helped me keep my belongings safe when I forgot something before heading out for the day. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and helpful staff.

Clean building, private rooms, pretty interior, girls only floor, clean sanitaries, kitchen facility, satisfied, recommended, ideal location near Ueno station, favorite area with park, museums, shopping, easy to get around, newly renovated, new and clean, humidifier in each room, friendly and helpful staff, perfect English, good location, view of station, perfect location for everything, walking distance to attractions, worth the price, would stay again

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to Ueno train station. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything looked brand new and clean. The breakfast selection was good, and we enjoyed starting our day with a tasty meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient location near Keisei Ueno station with direct trains to Narita Airport. Clean and compact rooms with privacy curtains, USB ports, and hooks. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Short walk to Ueno station.

The location of this hotel is superb, being just a short walk from Ueno Station. It is also conveniently close to various attractions like the park and museums. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with perfect English. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, with modern and comfortable facilities. the breakfast offers a great value for the price, with a small buffet of homemade bread, yogurt, soup, and coffee.
While the mattresses were a bit hard, they didn't detract from my overall enjoyable stay.
